The source exports BlockDiscussion, BLOCK_SUGGESTION_TOKEN, buildBlockDiscussionIndex, useBlockDiscussionItems, BlockSuggestionCard, isResolvedSuggestion, Comment, CommentCreateForm, formatCommentDate.

Connect users, persistence, permissions, and any realtime transport in the host application. The component alone does not provide a shared backend.
