The external demo shows this helper in the upstream hero-section-1 block, which imports it. It is a contextual example, not a standalone helper playground.
The reusable source is written to @components/motion/avatar-group.tsx.
@components/motion/avatar-group.tsx declares a client boundary for state, measurement, or browser interaction.
Hover lift falls off across neighboring avatars so the row moves as one object. Set the overlap value to an empty string for a non-overlapping row.
